This samue-like haori is made of cotton woven fabric with a cedar twill pattern. Drawcords are threaded under the sleeves and by pulling the cords, the sleeves can be tucked under the sleeves that get in the way of the work at hand. This piece was redesigned with a kimono Tasukigake silhouette as a motif. It can be worn as a haori with the front open or as a top with the strings tied. It can be worn by all genders.
